July 25, 2011 Colorado/US Harvest Report

USDA issued its final report on Colorado winter wheat crop condition last week. The report will start again in October for the new 2012 crop.

USDA estimates Colorado winter wheat at 80 percent harvested, compared to 53 percent last week, 81 percent last year, and the five year average of 82 percent.

USDA estimates the 18 winter wheat producing states as 75 percent harvested, compared to 68 percent last week, 78 percent last year, and the 10 year average of 80 percent.
