In the November 25, 2013 Crop Progress Report, USDA NASS reported one percent of Colorado winter wheat was rated very poor, five percent was rated poor, 39 percent was rated fair, 47 percent was rated good, and eight percent was rated excellent.

Winter wheat in the 18 main winter wheat-producing states was rated as two percent very poor, six percent poor, 30 percent fair, 53 percent good, and 9 percent excellent.
