Anne Seavey, Office Manager

Anne Seavey is the Office Manager for the Colorado Wheat Administrative Committee
(CWAC), the Colorado Association of Wheat Growers (CAWG) and the Colorado Wheat Research Foundation (CWRF). She came to work for Colorado Wheat in August 1999. She never had much exposure to the agricultural industry until she joined the Colorado Wheat family. Since then she has learned a tremendous amount about the ups and downs of being a wheat farmer in the state of Colorado. Her job includes the accounting and financial reporting for all three companies, coordinating the events throughout the year, collection of the assessment, maintaining the membership database and all of the databases used for mailings and miscellaneous administrative services.

As well as being a full-time employee, she is always trying to further her education. In addition to taking accounting courses and computer classes, she is currently working on becoming licensed to sell Health and Life Insurance, an added benefit offered to all CAWG members.

Seavey grew up in Littleton, Colorado. She is married and has 4 cats and 2 dogs. She has a passion for ice hockey and her favorite team is, of course, the Colorado Avalanche. She currently resides in Castle Rock, Colorado.

When asked how she feels about life, her response was, “Life was so much easier when it was just Dick, Jane and Spot!”
