Jerry Cooksey, who is a past president of CAWG, testified before the Colorado House Agriculture, Livestock, and Natural Resources Committee in support of HB-1037, “Classify Certain Ag Products Wholesale Sales.” The bill classifies the sales of certain agricultural items as wholesale sales rather than retail sales.The bill passed the Ag Committee, passed the House Committee on Finance, and was  referred unamended to Appropriations. http://bit.ly/wIVYzy
