Colorado Wheat Outlook Report – April 24, 2026

USDA-NASS crop conditions worsened this week after the crop endured nearly 12 hours of freezing temperatures, and then temperatures near 90 degrees just two days later. Drought continues to be the biggest concern for this crop. However, the ten-day forecast is showing chances for a decent amount of rain next week. There is a portion of the crop that could benefit from this moisture. There is also a portion of it that the rain may be too late for.
