Most of Eastern Colorado saw significant rainfall this week. Rain totals varied anywhere from 1 – 5 inches. The impact of this storm is limited on how much it can help the crop considering there is a good portion of it that is already too far gone. However, the timing was about perfect for the wheat in the fair-good category. This gives it a chance at an average, or maybe even slightly above average harvest.
